Children living in Brent are entitled to nursery places, usually part-time, from the term following their third birthday. These places can be taken in a:
Nursery admissions places are controlled directly by the school. If you are applying for a nursery class place, apply to the main school office. You will need to get an application form from the school, which you complete and return to us.
Nursery class places are popular. You should make your application well in advance of the September start-of-year date.
State school places are completely free of charge. If you prefer to find your child a place in a day nursery, with a childminder or other non-school setting, you can get help with payments by using the early years' education grant.
Your child is entitled to 15 hours of free education a week, for 38 weeks, from the term following their third birthday. Find out more information about this Nursery Education Grant (NEG).
