AllChild
AllChild supports communities in underserved neighbourhoods across the UK to help children and young people build the social, emotional, and academic skills they need to flourish. Recognising the shortcomings of a system that reacts to crises rather than preventing them, we connect with children and young people most in need of opportunity and mobilise local, private, public, and voluntary services to co-design tailored programmes of support.
Delivered in-school through our team of trusted Link Workers, our Impact Programmes has helped thousands of children and young people to flourish, with measurable improvements in social, emotional, and academic wellbeing, demonstrating the effectiveness of early action and collaborative community efforts.
Our core Impact Programme finds and enables access to support and opportunities that help children and young people flourish before the need for crisis intervention. We connect them to the support they need through:
Find: Working directly with schools, we use unique data methodology and trusted relationships to proactively identify children and young people at the tipping point of need.
Support: We have a team of trusted Link Workers based full-time in the school of every child and young person we work with. They work directly with the children, their families, and teachers to design and facilitate a two-year Impact Programme of support, and to champion them along the way. They work in the same school with the same children every day, every week and in holidays too.
Co-ordinate: We co-ordinate with local councils, charities, schools, families, and funders to find and connect the right services together then build a programme of activities based on the skills that each child needs to flourish.
